Equipment Leasing in Tucson Arizona

Hello, TAE!        (This page has been updated as of February 19, 2010.)

I've gotten feedback from some members that my request on Wednesday - my online visitation instructions - were too %^#*%! complicated!  Thus far, there are VERY FEW members (brave, persistent souls!) who have actually managed to figure out my instructions and follow them to the intended conclusion.  Accordingly, I believe I owe each of you this:
I profusely and sincerely apologize!

I hope you'll forgive me and allow me to start fresh.  I do still want you to experience our graphing Lease vs. Buy "Cash Flow" Calculator, but simplified with a real-world scenario.
What follows is an actual business situation of one of our recent clients.  Please use the figures from this customer's circumstances in our Lease vs. Buy Calculator.
I think you'll be able to send me an email with your observations about the graphing calculator in about 5 minutes.

Patrick sells silk-screened t-shirts.  In fact, he consistently sells about 250-300 t-shirts every week at an average price of about $10 each.  He has been paying outside companies to do his silk-screening, but he calculated how much extra profit he could net if he had his own screen printing press.  He'd have more creative control, more inventory control and he figured he'd have about $1.75 more margin in each shirt, even after his costs to operate the screen press!
Patrick figured, based on a conservative sales volume of 1000 shirts/month, he'd add to his profits AT LEAST $1,750/month by having his own equipment.
However Patrick somehow has to pay for the screen printing press.  The equipment had a total delivered cost of $25,200.00 including the dryer and other accessories he needed to begin production (excluding blank shirts and consumables).
Patrick had 'average' credit, and we were able to get him approved based on his detailed explanation of how much profit the equipment was going to be providing to his business.
We gave him a choice of 4 term and payment options, as follows:
► 24 months at $1,221/month  OR   ► 36 months at $853/mo  OR   ► 48 months at $669/mo  OR   ► 60 months at $560/mo.
Each of those options are based on a lease-end 'residual' amount of 10% of the original equipment cost = $2,520.00
All the figures you'll need to plug into our Lease vs Buy Calculator are shown in red in the paragraph above. Click this link for our Lease vs Buy Calculator  (Excel file)

Complete your online visitation (if you did not already do so), by sending me an email with your observations about the results you see in the spreadsheet and/or the graph on the spreadsheet.
In your email, please tell me the following:
  A. Which term/payment amount you chose to review (24-, 36-, 48- OR 60-months)
  B. Next, tell me WHERE on the graph the blue line intersects the red line.  An estimate is good enough.  For example, you might tell me the blue line intersects the red line approximately at month #39.
  C. Lastly: please provide your brief feedback on the spreadsheet - OR on your understanding of what we do at Lease $mart.

Your email to me with those 3 items (A, B and C listed above) will be registered as a visitation and you will be entered into our online visitation drawing.  (By the way: Every entry is worth at least $2.00!)

Good Luck!  Call me (628-9929) any time if you need help and I'll walk you through it by phone.
This online Visitation for TAE members expires at 6PM on Tuesday, February 23.
Website visitation entries must be received by 6PM on Tuesday, February 23 so that entries can be tabulated in anticipation of a drawing Wednesday morning at breakfast.
The online/website visitation is IN ADDITION TO the physical visitation, which I hope you'll make at Viscount Suites Hotel on Monday 9AM to 4:30PM.

I had a 'very light' turnout Wednesday at the Viscount Suite Hotel.  I hope you will each come by and visit me at the Viscount - Monday 2/22 - and sign the Visitation sheet.
I'll be set up and waiting for you.  AND I'm giving every visitor a free sample of positive cash flow - just for showing up!  (No kidding!)

I will have TWO great visitation prizes: one for those who make the physical visitation and another one for those who qualify online by sending to me a qualifying email as described above.  YES!  You can win a prize both ways; I hope you'll make BOTH visitations.

Thank you in advance!
Remember:  Happiness is . . .
